As view able in the video, the apartment was unowned and defiantly was not owned by Tom. If wasn't that we was going to sweep the apartments, I personally wouldn't have noticed Tom.

As a mugger, you are not the type of person who would risk his life or having a much larger jail sentence by entering a shootout with the police. You could have avoided a shootout by jumping out of the balcony (without taking ANY hp damage I might add), by going up to the penthouse and jumping out of there with some simple parkour (with very small hp damage), by pretending to be a victim and running out with the rest of the victims, by simply surrendering because a prison sentence for mugging is much smaller than it is for attempted murder of police officers. What you instead decide to do instead is pull a shotgun out of nowhere and attempt to make a last stand against the police, which taken your character and the given situation is way too aggressive of a response.

I will not punish you this time for taking out your shotgun in a random apartment but take an unofficial-official warning from me on it - before, and especially now that we have weapons on back for larger weapons, it is FailRP for you to just have a gun magically appear in the middle of an RP situation.

The rest is a non-blatant violation so even given the accused player's record only a 3 hour weapons blacklist will be issued for failure to accurately RP the chosen job and being overly aggressive.
