As you can see in the evidence given I was being pulled over by a officer at the time and I was following all of his orders then the perpetrator comes out from City Tunnel and begins to open fire on me when I am stopped at the side of the road awaiting further instructions.

@Djsimone29 What you are saying is that you shot from a fully automatic submachine gun at that range, risking friendly fire (and you can see the cop car behind the suspect was shot as well), risking killing your suspect, because MAYBE he was trying to evade at that point. And even if you knew for certain that he was trying to evade, shooting at cars unless they pose a clear threat to life (which he clearly didn't at that time) is not something you are allowed to do as a cop. With your hours on the server, and your history with weapon violations, you should know that this is not allowed and that you can't actually shoot out tires in the gamemode. You were also issued a warning about almost this exact scenario of the player report by Obay, less than a week ago.

Due to the insane number of prior offences (9 BL + 1 ban + 2 perm warnings for weapon misuse, and lots of other punishments for other rule violations), [L²:RP] Djsimone29 [Sᴳ] (STEAM_0:1:150440466) will be issued a 20 hour Weapons blacklist and a 2 day ban.

@Djsimone29 You had a lot of chances to work on your trigger happiness and think before you start shooting, but they are running out and at one point you will get no more chances and lose your weapons permanently.
