Summary: I was arresting these 2 men and they were breaking FearRP and Jaywalking. We pointed weapons at them and told them to face the wall but they would and would run away and walk around. We went after one and lost the other one we found Emil in burger king and T.E.X.A.S near City Tunnel after I tazed him he starts shouting at me in OOC. This is a clear Rule Break of rules - 1.4 Do not insult players or staff in Out-Of-Character chats. 2.1 You must follow FearRP – Your character must act afraid of life-threatening situations or of any weapons pointed at you. 2.1c You cannot run away from someone when they have you at gunpoint.
