He ([PN] Vadar) had only a modern woodcutters axe on him (unfortunaly not on the vidoe because i started recording when he opened fire)

I said for him to move his then it was moved to were all the others were and he got back I and moved it in between the trees. I called a tow truck then when it arrived he got in the car despite me saying get out get out I will shoot then he backed into the river, whilst doing this I attempted to disable his car, then after that he came back and broke NLR saying were is my axe and pulled a gun on me I told him lots no one had taken his axe and then my fellow arrived and shot him in the head. You just said that you shot him to "disable" the car resulting in killing him.

Actually it does because if you shoot the car near the bottom it disables and it proves that I was not attempting RDM also he broke FearRP as I said get out like 5 times and he didn't so I could actually shoot him and it happens all the time on the server, people get shot in there cars COS THEY DONT GET OUT WHEN TOLD TO!

If you wanted to disable a car, then you wouldnt sprayed your whole magazine on it.
I know that he broke FearRP because he was driving away when you said once that he should get out under gun point, it still does not allow you to break a rule, just because somebody broke a rule.
