Summary: I had just arrested a man for jaywalking and it was for 15 mins. I was police Sergeant so it was my decision. But this guys friend was a Secret Service Agent. The SSA want to jails and unarrested him. He said it was to long, but it was my decision if he was aloud to be unarrested. Also the man then disconnected after been unarrested.
