Summary: Well I went to find a mechanic so he could change the skin on my sprinter van. And I could not find one so I went back to top street and went to park on to the parking bay that is there. So I went to park in it and Aryton Mead asked me to move and I said no because I was parking there. So after I said he told me to 'Kill my self' and then prop pushed my van abit so he could fit his prop car in.

So i've watched the video, and I see you both breaking rules.

You called him a 'fucking idiot' and he did say 'kill yourself' so a permanent warning will be given to both of you, as for the prop pushing it doesn't look intentional.
