The issue with this case is:

1. It's an older case. If you felt that it was invalid or should have been removed then you should have tried when it was more "recent", as we don't really remove bans or blacklists just because they are old.
2. It's a valid blacklist. What the others and I mean by this is that a rule was broken, and that the blacklist was fairly issued, and with a good and valid reason. As much as I appreciated your honesty when handling this case as well as now, I'm afraid that we don't remove older blacklists and bans, especially not when they are valid (issued because a rule-breakage took place). I'm not aware of when it will happen, but I'm sure that we'd remove older bans and blacklists after they reach a certain "age" but it's still too early to say.

The blacklist is valid as you broke the rules as the ban says; even if it didn't affect anyone else at that time.
