I'd just like to add that about 2 weeks ago you got banned for the exact same thing. If anything, your ban should be extended. You know exactly what you did, and got caught doing it before.

In this case it is clear that you made up an excuse in order to avoid being arrested, as evident by the reconnecting and lack of response to me.
Even if you actually had to go, writing "gtg" in OOC does not permit you to leave the server while being arrested. You could have waited an extra 10 seconds to be arrested and leave after that.
