Why should you be unbanned?: First off, my van got impounded and he is correct i was hiding in the back as he drove off with it, i subsequently died because of it moving and it killed me. They impounded my vehicle and i threatened the then president (SirWulf) to give me my car back after it was impounded. I went top of nexus with my Ar-15, he wasn't there. So i came down in the lift (while making is VERY clear in the /request that i was inside nexus and raiding so Wulf being a staff member could have said something to me about it not being allowed but he didn't. *Im not trying to blame wulf*. At tjme i had a arrest warrant for me which is partially why they took my transit to the impound and hence the reason for me being pissed off after i threatened the gov numerous times. The officer in question had his gun out, so i assumed he was waiting for me and coming out of a lift with an AR-15 if he saw me he wouldnt let me go and arrest me or recognise me. I was NOT raiding as "Citizen" i had "Deranged Criminal" as my job title. 

This ban is 5 months whereas i look at the other ban reasons for people like Knox who have the same amount of bans as me but he only gets 3 days and i get 5 months. If you want to ban me fine, but five months is out of order and over the top. Ban me for a week or two weeks not five months, i rp properly i actually had a two day streak with funnycookie doing a mechanic business where i go out and repair broken vehicles and he customs them at the warehouse (He's probably still doing it now without me). But 5 months is excessive and doesn't fit the crime. 

I can already tell you're going to say "but this is your 11th ban" have you actually looked at what i was banned for because 5 months without even hearing my side of the story is out of order. I RP properly, i enjoy LL and i love being part of the community and doing my mechanic rp. 

5 months is over the top and excessive, i am appealing for a shortened ban to maximum 4 weeks instead of an unban as you clearly won't be as lenient to unban me.

After you died you had no reason to raid. So you made up the fact that your car was impounded but did not ask for an officer, instead you grabbed a gun and raided the nexus.

I did get a request to remove the vehicle as it was glitching, after seeing it immobile on the street next to Tides, I removed it. I remember getting a warrant request after the shooting, which I accepted assuming the officers had traced down who was sending those request threats.

Now, you did contact me about raiding, which I appreciate. I believe that I told you that a raid is allowed with proper RP background. I heard nothing after that. Insane or not, it is not proper RP to raid because your vehicle is impounded, especially if you didn't even try to negotiate a legal release. Besides the request threats, I didn't see any further communication from you.

Now due to your history of over aggressive behavior towards the government, incorrect job titles and powergaming, it is clear that you get carried away with your gaming.

Now, please note the last few lines.  You equipped and loaded your weapon seconds after I said no, not without a good reason.  You then check the tax, no doubt to see if it is very high.  Which also in itself is not a valid reason to raid.  In any case, I believe there was no tax at that time.  0%.  Instead of giving up or heeding advice, you start sending threats.  Project sent a friendly messaging letting you know that it was despawned, to which you told him off and did not confirm it.  There are no logs of you attempting to spawn in a vehicle to verify, instead you continue on with your raid threats:

Now, I do show that you tried reconnecting but never did get back on, so I'll chock that up to accidental DC there.  However, the logs do confirm that you had intended to raid the Nexus simply because you had assumed that your vehicle was impounded.  Assumed.  When the impounding Officer informed you otherwise, you told him off and continued with the Raid, leading to the Officer's death.  There was no real RP here, you were not being oppressed, you didn't try and get your vehicle back the legal way, it wasn't even really there nor did you try respawning after your death.  To which we come to the next point. 

You died.  You in a sense were taking revenge on a situation that happened in your prior life.  You should not have had any clue where your vehicle was and who had it.  And, you never verified it.  You never did /stolen to report it, ask the government if it was impounded or do anything to indicate that you are a new player that honestly doesn't know where his vehicle is.  Which, I might point out... was despawned due to a bug.  So, you could have just respawned it on your own and avoid this entire thing.

As such, I feel that you were just looking for an excuse to go on a killing spree with the government, and based on your prior history of doing just that... your ban was founded.

As such, I feel that you were just looking for an excuse to go on a killing spree with the government, and based on your prior history of doing just that... your ban was founded.

Just a side note, i couldn't rejoin because i was banned. None of my history states that i use excuses to go on killing sprees so i don't know what you are insinuating with that comment, but your input it valid and appreciated non the less.

Now the ban was valid we wont be discussing this further.

However you may make ONE post and one post only explaining why your ban should be shortened. you will not give a time frame for this, and you will not compare to other cases. i want to know why your actions and previous history warrant a smaller ban

 Okay so, i accept my history doesn't help my case considering the range of offences committed by myself.

For you my previous ban history is just text on a screen so its open to interpretation and people make false assumptions without knowing the story behind it. I love limelight, and no that isnt me kissing your feet and begging you to let me back, it's generally true i do love the updates and limitless stuff i can do, I like being a cop and i like playing criminal but more recently my style has come upon mechanic RP so i sold all my cards and everything i could possibly get within my inventory and spent hours logging the trees by the lake to be able to get 90k to afford the transit van, with this transit van i used skin 7 which makes it an AA van which in the UK the AA is a breakdown service so i decided i'll roll with it. So i was cruising around and i did an advert about my services and got a pm from a guy called funnycookie, now he had setup a mechanic mod shop at the connectivity road warehouse and he continues to do that to this day, we partnered up and we started some great rp with machines that lift the vehicles up and we do some /me rp. If you ask anyone on the server i'll bet they have used our business at some point which proves our value on the server. I also have some reps for my work as president during a terror crisis and a general rep which i believe was taken off me by blackdog because of an insult in OOC.

You can read all the written reports about me, but you'll never know what i'm like and how i roleplay and how much i contribute/like this server.

Make your assumptions and make your choices but at the end of the day i bring some quality rp to this server and i deserve a second and final chance.

Also, why was my ban extended by a month?

@SirWulf Even you have experienced mine and funnycookie's rp when i got crushed by a tire in the workshop and we made a whole disability rp where i was in a wheelchair and he wheeled me to the hospital to get checked up by you. You know the extend to which cookie and mine rp goes into.

In regards to the incident with project he was in the wrong place at the wrong time, and i happened to be armed and warranted so i saw him as a threat.

Trojan was one of the people that I liked to RP with on Limelight, he is a good roleplayer and he dedicates to the server, he commits to RPs and helping people around, I do belive that his ban time should be decreased.
