I personally like the medkit as is, it just feels.. Home.

If you need a fix, then just increase the time it takes to use another one, and you have too stay still to 'apply a bandage' or something to get your ass back in shape.

This is a much needed item. It would take away the whole medkit keybinds and actually have players DO something whilst patching themselves up.

The problem isn't the time it takes before you can heal, but the fact that you can apply a bandage while eating lead and firing back. Sure these may not feel at home, but that's called upgrading. Sure people liked Madcow Weapons because they were the norm, but we changed them because they were an outdated and unbalanced system. Same applies here. Why continue to allow people to soak up bullets when we can actually have proper (or close to it) First Aid RP?

Fair enough, and I do enjoy the realism that the FA:S 2 First Aid Kit can offer. I've used it myself, and it gives realism.
However I just can't get it into my head that it would make something that has made LimeLight, LimeLight.
And if it were to be changed, apart of LimeLight wouldn't be here anymore.

I'm neutral on this case.

+ Support I believe it should be like H1Z1 you have to apply a bandage yet you can still have your gun out at the same time, and it takes around 3s to apply but if you move/start shooting it cancels the effect.

I hate to be 'that guy' but can I just point out how this is Semi Serious? There are still allowed to be unrealistic things.

Most people wouldn't be able to function after taking multiple rounds to their various extremities, much less beimg able to continue fighting. I'd say we're still okay as far as the semi serious aspect goes. Plus no one is forcing you to undergo 2+ hours of medical attention roleplay, god forbid.

Going on that basis, which bear in mind is an idea I heavily support, it should be a one tap with any gun to the head, ceramic or not.

We're going off of how we can fix players from soaking up bullets. This seems to be the package we need.

If the guns had realistic weapon damage the players wouldn't soak up bullets at they would be dead instantly.

However, Agressive players would lose interest very quickly if they realized this.
Plus shootouts wouldn't be fun anymore. Yes 30 minute standoffs aren't fun, but 5-10 minutes? That's a good time.
