Was pretty shit, couldn't take a scope off my BOLT-ACTION rifle, in a WW1 game. and too many automatic and semi-automatic weapons for WW1 game also too much prototype weapons that weren't really used in the War. So historically shit.

How did you guys get past the connecting thing?


What if there are connection issues just because there wasn't internet during world war one and this is a realistic ww1 simulator? 

I played it on the 30th as Battlefield Insiders got it a day early. Haven't played it since then though but I've heard the servers are dead.

Was thankfully able to play since this morning, the game has issues with loadouts/spawn guns. I sometimes spawn without anything, as with many others. We just chase eachother. Sometimes you are unable to change weapons like to a anti-tank grenade, happened when I needed it the most. Maybe it hasn't recovered since the attacks and the issues are caused by that.

I played it for an hour or two and it was really fun. Sniping seems a lot more fun than in previous games and overall for a beta it's pretty good. I haven't experienced any bugs or anything.

The game is alright, but it feels a bit average. It seems like a game that'll be fun for 20-30 hours and then something that you just grow tired of, not to mention that EA are once again fucking over a BF game with their premium bs and all that.

Buggy, servers are offline, poorly optimized, I'll pass for the moment, if they fix this when they launch the game I will buy it, but I'll be sure to do my research prior to doing so, star wars: battlefront was a disappointment and battlefield 4 had a really damn rough launch, and it took them 2 years to get it into a decent shape.

Haven't had any optimization issues so far, servers are indeed terrible although I believe there was a maintenance issue and of course it's buggy, it's a beta release. So far I'm pleased with it

I'm going to be honest right now, This Battlefield has felt the best for me since BC2, I honestly have no idea what issues I have with BF3 and 4, I just find them boring most of the time, and in Battlefield 4 vehicle warfare was buggy as fuck, I couldn't land on the ground in a vehicle without seeing some weird glitch, I also like the new planes in Battlefield 1 since you can have 3 types of planes to counter other ones and do your own thing, so its no longer a case of "I'm better in a jet than you". Also the servers going down yesterday was a DDoS attack on the servers, won't name the attackers because they only do it for attention, sooner people realise that the better, servers have been perfect for me all day, not had an issue joining.

I did have a problem connecting to EA online around 5:45-6pm but that only lasted a few minutes, and finding a matchmaking worked perfectly after that

Just bought the game.
The open beta was awesome! But sadly they closed the open beta..
Now ill just be waiting for the real game to come out
