Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke. Breaking rule 17.8, purposely ramming the trailer and car and even saying he is going to chase the car+trailer, and overtake when he turns to crash into him. He is forcefully ramming the car and trailer purely because he is jealous of the RP in which Sgt. DOnut had staff permission to use the trailer. All as a general citizen too.

Accused has 24 hours to respond to his reasoning for not only ramming the vehicle, but why he threatened Noot Noot in OOC.

Okay the reason I rammed his car is because the thing lags my game a lot because all the props where moving and before when he went into the city a lot of people wheres lag in there because of the dupe and if you want a IC reason where fighting before about him trying to take my car for no reason. as I said to them 1.11 for my reason IC.

First off noot noot saying I'll be watching you when you RP with is not saying I'm going to do something, I said you even break a small rule next time I'll be posting prs, not to count how many times I've let you break the rules before Noot Noot!

So its not really threatened, every time you tried to take cars and I tried to stop you say "Your ruining my RP its positive RP I never once said I'M GOING TO FING kill, and Donut you can't talk you tried to run me over breaking Rule 17.1,1.7a as you where trying too.

Because someone is using a trailer, and you feel it causes you lag is no reason to forcefully ram them off the road. The video shows that it was no accident.

backseat administrated - Ramming vehicle to stop players from lagging
lied in the courthouse - Said your reasoning for ramming was because of the lag and that you had no intention to do so.
threatened a player in OOC - Telling someone to watch their back in the tone you said it, sounds very threatening and will not be tolerated.

Accused will be given a 4 Hour Vehicle Blacklist and a Week Suspension.
