Why should you be unblacklisted?: 
"Changing job" I had just joined the server, I made a custom job title.
"Shooting a cop arresting pony" I didn't shoot him because he was arresting Pony. He started running after me when I had a shotgun out. Both Toxic and Noble watched this and know that he was running after me trying to cuff me. 
"Without prior background RP" We're in a clan together. You're telling me that I have to pretend to meet a person in my clan every time we reconnect?

Toxic made it seem like I joined just to help Pony. We were both playing CSGO. He got kicked from the game, so he got on Gmod. A few mins later, I got kicked too, so I got on. I was driving around in my car, I see Pony getting cuffed (my job had already been set before I even drove into the city). I then pulled out my shotgun and said to leave him alone. As he started trying to cuff me, I shot him. 


Evidence: Don't have any. Toxic and Noble both watched it and watched all of this go down, and can confirm that this is how it went.

The reason for your blacklist was that you joined (started driving around the map) and then with no cause or reason nor RP affiliation to Pony at this point, you pull a shotgun out and shoot a police officer in the space of a minute(and Pony by accident). You had no reason to ambush the police officer as you and Pony were not working together at any point at this time on the server, with different job titles nonetheless; nor were you together on the server before your blacklist. I was watching Pony during his encounter with the officer; you were not around him up until the point where he was being arrested.

The reason for your blacklist was that you joined (started driving around the map) and then with no cause or reason nor RP affiliation to Pony at this point, you pull a shotgun out and shoot a police officer in the space of a minute(and Pony by accident). You had no reason to ambush the police officer as you and Pony were not working together at any point at this time on the server, with different job titles nonetheless; nor were you together on the server before your blacklist. I was watching Pony during his encounter with the officer; you were not around him up until the point where he was being arrested.
My Rp reason is that we're in a clan together.

That is not a valid reason to kill another player.
