Why is being in the procces of making meth any different?

In both quoted circumstances, the server crashed. In this case, you crashed. You are not entitled to a refund as you are the one who crashed.

The crash is blamed on the F1 Menu, which I have no control over, it crashes after you open and close it alot, we all know this.

The logs indicate that you did spawn the meth equipment, and that you crashed with them placed down.

However, they also indicate the following:

What part of that changes what I've said? I was making meth, as now and again you open the F1 menu to pull out the new ingrediants, and I froze.

I pressed F1 to place down the Cyfluthrin or whatever it's called but pressing F1 froze the game

Do these logs indicate when someone crashes because of their F1 menu? I don't think so but a disconnected (timed out) message......

I have my clear proof with the crash log.

Apologies that this is taking longer than expected. Our developers are aware of this issue and are investigating it as certain items should automatically go back into your inventory if you disconnect or the server restarts.
