We do not offer refunds in the event of a player crashing.

Where does it say this?

I'm not gonna take a moderator saying "we don't offer refunds in the event of a player crashing" when there are threads identical to mine about the same thing being accepted  (meh)
When someone is in proccess of a transaction, but the server crashes on them, they get a refund? https://limelightgaming.net/forums/thread-11373.html

Why is being in the procces of making meth any different?

Another example of a person crashing while making meth, they received a refund, why shouldn't I? https://limelightgaming.net/forums/thread-6455.html

In both quoted circumstances, the server crashed. In this case, you crashed. You are not entitled to a refund as you are the one who crashed.

The crash is blamed on the F1 Menu, which I have no control over, it crashes after you open and close it alot, we all know this.

The fact remains; you crashed, not the server. You are not entitled to a refund.
Ultimately Toxic, is it really up to you whether he gets a refund?
Send me the crash log and I can have a look for you.

It doesn't matter either way, if a Moderation Team believes this is the case it would be advised NOT to carry on adding fuel, but to either tag a Administrator / Supervising Administrator or one of the Development Team (for example )
Or send them a private message in the forum, or steam.

In some cases Toxic is right, in my eyes I believe he was talking about contraband ways, as they do not get refunded if the CLIENT crashed, in some cases Meth is similar, as it IS contraband and it IS your client.

That practically works the same.

The server won't beable to detect a client crash, as it could be many reasons as to why. And people may abuse that system.
However server crashes, they can, due to the server won't be responding for a certain a mount of time. it would activate some sort of mechanism.

For noot noot,
Brynn, any update?

I can understand that, but with a crash log in which I provided, it can show the cause of it (I guess?), in that case would show the F1 Menu caused it, which should be fixed anyway to prevent client crashes. It's been out a while but I don't feel any updates have been made to stop the crashes it causes after you use it a lot.
