Why should you be unblacklisted?: i was doing a criminal rp at the motel as it was updates so we took hostages their (Paulb and Zombie) and i was doing the rp with Fxck_callum, and someone else when i got to the motel he had hostages and the police started to move in and shots where fired from both sides so i shot some police (they were injured) i did not go up to the body and end them, then i go back to the room with the hostages and i was dragged out the room by (Blackout) their was no blackout in sight when i was pulled into the room next door so i PM blackout and i got no reply and i also made an @ call and got no reply so i decided to go back to the rp, more police pulled up so i shot them and went to the room, then more police turned up 4-5 police on 2-3 people and i was the only one shooting as they was dealing with the hostages, then i shot at the police then i was teleported out of the rp and was given a (2 Hour Blacklist for "RDM") but i do not understand that i was blacklisted for shooting at the police who decided to surround the house, i am only fighting this now as when i think back i find it a tad unfair as i did try to contact Blackout to find out what i did when i was dragged out the room with his physgun, so when i tried to contact and got no reply i thought it was a mistake on his behalf, i do hope that you see i was only shooting at police because they was shooting, but looking back i only realised that they where low hours and should of put more focus and and more rp into it rather than shooting the police, becuase as they where low hours they might get pissed of and leave limelight becuase they might think its a mingey server. i just hope you can see that i was only shooting police as in IRL if you had a gun and was a criminal and they where shooting so you would shoot back. i hope you see my side of this that i tried to contact you to see if anything was wrong. since then i have kept my head clear and not done this sort of rp as much it would mean alot if you could review this and hopefully take it of my record

Hello gallagher, i can understand your confusion but i'll explain it here as well so you can check back on it in the future.

You lost your weapon access for shooting an unarmed officer randomly, the police were called to the motel because of a 'hostage situation' and this meaning that you are going to see officers responding. Now when a S.W.A.T. member attempted to negotiate by coming to the door unarmed, you opened the door and shoot him down and closed the door, this straight away made me take a closer look at what you was doing. shortly after you shot the S.W.A.T. you re-opened the door, run straight up to an officer with his hands out and shot him down unnecessarily to then run back inside the building. This is when i decided to take your access from weapons as you clearly had no intent in attempting escape or RP a hostage situation, in this case it was clear you was using hostages to bait police to the building and just continue to shoot at them even if they are unarmed and willing to negotiate.

This is what i saw, now unless you can explain to me what you was trying to do IC your blacklist will remain on record.

I know I killed the swat but, Fxuc_Calum decided to injure a hostage so I tried to make a getaway by which when I shot the swat I ran off, but why did you pull me out the room and not reply to me when I tried to make contact because I just went back because I still do not understand.

(Edit) I know in a way this BL is right as I did not put near enough any rp into it but as soon has I had a chance to shoot I took it, I know now that im stupid for doing so, but ingame it all went so fast because I had cops surrounding the motel flat we was in and I just reacted to shooting them, but thinking back the swat did come to the door with a gun out I think am I right? I do feel it was a slight bit unfair that I tried to make contact with you about why you wanted me then you pulled me out we had a short convo then no weapons but if you was situation with the two people I was with it was not the best idea for me to do that rp I was scared sop I shot people, I would like you to see this from the criminals perspective the police had guns at out ect. I will no longer be doing this sort of rp anymore anyway I would just like this to be gone as it was a stupid short moment in the rp but both sides had guns out, this is all I have to say on the matter thanks Blackout for getting back to me

You say i 'pulled you out of the room' and to be honest, i have no clue about this myself and i don't recall moving you in the slightest.

Onto the blacklist reason, I understand why you shot the S.W.A.T. if he was at your door and failing to comply with your demands, that is fine... however I'm talking about the unarmed officer stood by his car on the other side of the carpark, you run out and up to his face and shot him dead even though you could clearly see he was unarmed. You had no intent of escaping but rather to just kill more and more.

I would see this as a reason if you decided to escape afterwards but you decided to run back and wait inside the building for more police to arrive so you could shoot even more.

as i said it all happend so fast, i did run of to the warehouses but when i got their i thought i was being followed so i ran back to the building and just shot the cop i did not kill him he droped to the floor he did not die, im sure i did request paramedic, also i was pulled out the room it should be in the logs that i made and @ call and i did pm you about it, for this mistake with this rp it was stupid to do it and im sorry but if he had the gun and i was the masked gunner running round he probaly woulf of shot me as both sides of the story me v the cops i was defending the building and i saw the cops as a threat and decied to take them out i know its stupid

Alright, i can understand your confusion but you need to just think things over before you do it to save situations like this happening in the future.

After some time i believe what you done may have been an accident and in this case your unblacklist request will be approved.
