Summary:
The user that has been assigned for this has been judged for abusing disconnected to avoid an IC Situation. This moment being disconnecting to avoid an arrest. Sadly, I was unable to get the TAB information of the user (For IC Name, Job etc.) due to the fact he disconnected before I was able to do anything against it. The user did say in local chat that there was no reason for the arrest in which has lead me to believe that the user thought that the arrest wasn't need and decided to leave to avoid it. The user in question broke some of the server rules and regulations which would be against the following rules:

1.3 Do not reconnect, suicide, change job or do anything else to avoid a roleplay situation.
