Being reported as an accident, but remind me the last time a gas leak has killed 13 in a western world?

I most likely think it was entirely accidental, but in a world where news agencies cover their tracks in an attempt to mask a narrative, you can never be sure. Especially since it happened in France, where attacks happen on a weekly basis.
