Closing Notes: Although there is no such thing as random arrest, there is such thing as invalid reasons. Arresting someone with the reason you gave is improper. If you connected it to maybe owning contraband, using illegal substances, or "stealing" police equipment, then it would be allowed. Arresting someone for the reason of not wearing a shirt you like is not tolerable. Your demotion also shows you demoted for the player being AFK and that was your reason during the time.

Accused will be given 1 Day Suspension
