Its just that for his job I would not see him with a sniper and hostage rope roaming around AS A CHEF

So a Chef isn't allowed to carry a non-lethal weapon for his protection and a Hostage Rope for detaining possible robbers?

With a combo of those 2 weapons it does seem a bit irrational, also adding that i had to pull him over from a high speed chase
