Summary: I was walking around the AMPM area, Steve come up to me with handcuffs, I ask him what he is doing (No Reply) He then cuffs me and proceeded to search me and finds nothing. Steve then walks over to Daniel and tazes him and handcuffs him then gives up and unhand cuffs him, it was very random. The only evidence I have is the screenshots below, there is also a screenshot of Arach saying to Steve in Local OOC that he randomly handcuffed Daniel.

Do you have any more evidence on the situation?

At the current time all your screenshots show is the accused cuffing you, searching you, and then tazeing someone else with absolutely no context on the situation or as to why he was doing so.
