Saw him trespassing Nexus.

Ran after him.

Told him to face the wall (the one it the elevator at that time)

Spawned a huge prop, blocked himself away from me at first.

Spawned another prop, pushed it towards me which thankfully pushed me out of the elevator instead of killing me.

He then blocked of the elevator.

Spawned a locker.

The rest is assumption but he spawned a locker, copied it with advance duplicator and pasted lots. Although it might not be fully true I did indeed see him doing somethings with the tool gun.
