We were already in the elevator before you had given out that advert, Sourlemon just spawned in to SWAT sergeant and the President hit the button up.

Not to mention you didn't even have a hostage since there was just 2 of you. 

You say 'Proceeded to shoot us' yet you clearly fired first, and the doors opened, blood had appeared in the elevator before any visual bullet were fired from us, therefore you had fired first.

Also not sure why I am the main one in the title, since I was not the sergeant, who appeared to have 'executed you'

Oh yea sure, I metagamed and looked through the walls.

Obviously at that we didn't know, but the elevator was already going up before you even said it. Either way we were going up, plus, when SWAT get called for a hostage, they don't just forget about, they don't just put there hands up and let the criminals take control, they actually do something about it

So far the SWAT Team made a call and dealt with it accordingly. Even if a hostage is involved, they are not forced to negotiate. If they have a plan they believe can save the hostage and subdue the shooters, they can proceed. If what they say is true, getting an advert about a hostage situation on the top floor makes the player get a "rush". The first thing they think is, "When that door opens, they are gonna open fire." Human insinct kicked in, causing the players to be ready for a shootout.

Sorry for late reply I was asleep but what we planned to do was get a member of the swat to come to the top and negotiate for the return of the Nexus to them as we asked bambo if it was okay he said he doesn't think there is a rule against it but as we noticed the heard and saw the elevator move we automatically thought there is gonna be a gun fight and then this happened

Also I didn't think you would I thought you would negotiate for the Nexus then once you have when we were leaving you would do something then not just rush us with shotguns

You can't hostage a building lmao, our initial plan was also not to rush but the President was going up there anyways so we had to ensure his saftey. I know how it is when people ask the person to come up unarmed, it usualy means you don't even have a hostage (which we were quite positive you didn't because the president was with us) and you are just planning to hostage the first gov negotiator that comes up to get some leverage. So like Soviet said, why were you even up there in the first place? The president did not even have any raidable laws, and you can't say its because the gov kept attacking you, because we killed you every time.

As my name was mentioned I believe it is proper that I respond to that sentence alone. You asked me if a gang could takeover the city and I asked another teacher to be sure and we had a small discussion upon it. I believe I responded by saying that there was no rule about taking over the city being not allowed but I also suggested you didn't shoot up the Nexus and roleplayed it with the president accordingly. I don't remember my exact words but the gist of it was this.

Closing Notes: Although their tactics were questioned, it is their action of executing injured suspects that is rule breakage. SWAT may use whatever tactics are necessary to ensure the safety of the victim (in this case their lives and a possible hostage's life). Also due to your explanation to why you raided, it is viewed as invalid to raid just for the sole reason to "take over the Nexus". This is no different from hostaging a player for the only purpose of making a few grand.

Noot Noot: Will recieve no punishment, seeing as he did not execute a player during the situation.

Sourlemon: Will recieve an 8 Hour Weapons Blacklist due to his background in proper weapon uses on our servers. He chose to ignore these rules and executed 2 injured players as SWAT.

KappaSaurusRekt and Gamingpeak56: Will both recieve 4 Hour Weapon Blacklists for improper raid reasons.
