Hi,

Every so often I get the same as when you first spawn in and you press Q to load up the props and it crashes, I get that but randomly when I am not even opening the Q menu e.g like I will be walking and someone will be speaking it would crash and that persons voice what he said would repeat itself for about 1 second not even a second then I would be fine. I do not get it all the time its every now and then but I just want to know if its just me. 

My PC is not 'rubbish' it is suitable enough to run Garry's mod on the max settings.

Same issue here.
Garrysmod is a cpu heavy game. I do not know if you can do anything about it without buying a better cpu.

People with the VCMod lights on can be the cause of the lag too
