Do you have any evidence of the actual act?

One picture of someone saying a bad rule interpritation is not enough for me to punish them unless they actualy commited the act in question.

All that I was doing with my car was trying to help the officer but I didnt have the chance to do eanything cuse the anarchist killed me before I had the chance
