Car crash RP

Today I was thinking that every time you crash your car with someone els in real life, you get out of your car, you call the cops to help you with the situation, they arrive, you tell them what happend and then he says whos falt it really is, and I think that the same needs to be done in game, to add more of that real life feal. Like I have never seen that in real life that two cars crash and dont give a fuck and drive away.

Why should we do this?

Cuse it will let more life in the server.
