You actually didnt even tell me to stop and i didnt know that u are middle of handcuffing me thats why i ran. and about of the shotting at you. at the second middle i was running u can see that there were much  lags and if it was happening without lags i was much more far away from you so i saw that i much more far away from you.

During the video it was clear to me that fearRP was broken on to occasions. Once at 0:34 in the video, which would violate rule 2.1e. Then from watching the video further I can see fearRP being broken at 0:49 in the video. A 1 day ban will be applied.
