Summary: Powergaming. User changed into different jobs multiple times in an attempt to get his friends out of jail. Changing from anarachist because the nexus was protected, freeing the prisoners, then swiftly changing again to civilian and changing his job and raiding the jails again.

(He also kept broking NLR and intentionally standing in front of me while shooting at a suspect.)

I do not have much more, if the explanation below does not help feel free to deny this.

He was changing jobs with the sole purpose to free the prisoners. 
He first tried to enter the garage as an anarchist, he could not due to the security line that was set there. He changed to "Corrupt Nexus Desk Secretary" and made his second attempt I caught him as he was leaving and requested his demotion. He then tried again and was shot dead.
