So about 2/3 days ago I got blacklsited for using my RV to explode cops by breaking and them hitting into me.

At that point I wanted to sell it and get a new car.

So I bought a Hummer H1 off someone for 160k (10k less than market).

Only after buying it, I just realised you needed a Perk 3 Donation. 

Currently I am on my Perk 2, I got alot of days remaining that I don't feel the need for me to donate again yet.

Therefore I am asking to receive a refund since I can't use my Hummer H1 until I donate again which I am not ready to yet.
