Refund Please - H4MZ4 - Jun 8, 2016
So about 2/3 days ago I got blacklsited for using my RV to explode cops by breaking and them hitting into me.
At that point I wanted to sell it and get a new car.
So I bought a Hummer H1 off someone for 160k (10k less than market).
Only after buying it, I just realised you needed a Perk 3 Donation.
Currently I am on my Perk 2, I got alot of days remaining that I don't feel the need for me to donate again yet.
Therefore I am asking to receive a refund since I can't use my Hummer H1 until I donate again which I am not ready to yet.

A refund will probaly not be made because you both agreed to the deal, and it would be unfair for the other party involved.

Just sell it on or wait for Tier 3.
