Suggestion for <in-game/forum/teamspeak etc.>
Ban the job "Criminal" from use in any term.

In detail, explain your suggestion:
Just like the job Hitman/Bounty Hunter has its own rule, add in a new rule to compliment the rule:
9.1 Custom job titles must accurately state what character you intend to roleplay. In which the job "Criminal" is an outlawed job, that shall not be used as it's to vague.

Why should this be implemented?

A "Criminal" is someone who has committed a crime, being in relation to a crime, or has been prosecuted and held guilty of a crime. Therefore the job "Criminal" is far to vague to be used in any sort of job, be it "Street Criminal", "High Class Criminal", "Neighborhood Criminal", etc. It does not change the fact that it is in improper use.
An appropriate job titled criminal would be someone that most of you can relate to probably, Micheal from GTA5 is a Criminal. He did a crime, got caught, and got relocated under FIB to a new location as a someone under FIB Criminal watch.

Therefore a rule should be made, that the job "Criminal" should not be used without the proper RP. It is no reason to just go around committing crime. It's a grey area in the rules, but it's one that is broken so often that it should be easily covered.

Ex: 9.11 The Job "Criminal" should only be used with the VALID RP reason. Criminal is not a common job.

Though to be fair this has been enforced for some time now but because its not specificly listed but instead covered under 9.1, people dont take it as such unless told, or they try to be snippy about it when they are told.

It looks like Criminal already is an invaild job as the rule says, 9.1 Custom job titles must accurately state what character you intend to roleplay. The job Criminal does not accurately state what the character intend to roleplay, as it only states you're a criminal. Being a criminal could mean alot of diffrent things, such as being a burglar, robber or a thief.

It states in the rules that all types of criminal "rp" requires some background etc. for example a burglar might own a lock up for his stolen goods, but i've never seen this happen. "criminal rp" never goes any further than random gta and "drop 500 now...FEAR RP"
