I can make as many accusations as I want you aren't going to do anything. I have already explained why we killed you, we believed you came with the police officer so we killed you too. Once the SWAT died we went out guns blazing. Since you were a citizen you would've atleast backed up to safe position not just stayed 2 feet behind the SWAT. We killed Bacoon because I thought I heard him equip and we ran after him and killed him too.

I said to stop making accusations because it's pointless, not because I'll do something about it.

My main point is that I did not have my gun out. I did not know that Bacoon was armed, and can agree that it could have been okay to kill him if he had a gun out. The difference is, I was standing there without a gun and you shot me for no reason. You can't just assume that I have a gun out and am working with the SWAT.

Furthermore, since when do chop shop owners have automatic assault rifles? If an owner of a run-down chop shop has any firearm at all, it would be something like a glock.

Another point is that you weren't even RPing as a proper chop shop. The point of having one is so you can sell the cars. Neither of you would even make a negotiation on getting my car back, and you hardly even have an RP set up, and IMO it is just bait to get people there so you can kill them with your automatic rifles.

All in all:
-Trigger happy. Look at me before you fire at someone who is unarmed.
-FailRP. A basic chop shop wouldn't have 2 heavily armed individuals.
-FailRP again. I tried to work out a price but neither of you would even negotiate.

Do I think a ban for this is a bit harsh? Sure, but I think that a weapons blacklist is definitely reasonable for being trigger-happy and shooting at anyone you see, especially since you both have priors having to do with RDM/weapons.

Let me point something out. You say not to make accusations because its pointless. But you make an accusation that we weren't even RP'ing as Chop Shop. We're you there next to us? No. Do you have any proof? No.

A regular chop shop would go for maybe some low tier to mid tier cars. We went for a high tier car because we not only had the money but the tools to do it.

I would also like to point out 2 things,

1. Bacoon equipped a gun in the middle of firefight (I believe that going to the sidelines and equipping a gun isnt allowed) and as a civilian.

2. In Codeq's video it shows him running in after the SWAT dies. I also believe this is FailRP because a civilian would not run into a firefight after seeing a SWAT (not a regular cop) die.

May I just point out that if we have the technology to steal a Ferrari 458, looking at it from a IRL POV you would need atleast a lockpick, some sort of alarm jammer, and some type of tracker remover. With that type of tech, it will cost some type of cash. So if we have that much cash for tech, might as well have auto rifles, also don't forget we are protecting a FERRARI so we do need some firepower.
 Moreover now to the fact that you said we were not role-playing the chop shop. WE adverted for a Ferrari for sale once we felt that the search for the car had died out. As what most IRL Thieves would do.  
Now to the fact that you witnessed me shoot a cop down, you would probably go tell some other cop what happened and we would have the whole police force at out doorstep. For our safety I had to kill you. Also don't forget that IC we don't know if you were armed or not. Baccon was, but that was only because we walked in on him equipping guns.

     I'm just clarifying things and not trying to add fuel to the fire.

Yes, you had a lockpick. That's basically it for stealing a car. Is it an expensive car? Sure. Are heavy arms helpful. Again, yes. My argument is not that they're not necessary, my point is that you guys chose to be in industrial, with a "run-down" look to it. Poor chop shop owners generally don't have these types of weapons. And like I said, while  it all happened quickly, I think it's best to look before you shoot.

I appreciate you remaining civil and not trying to start any argument. It's not that I dislike you two, it's the fact that it was overly-aggressive. All I came for was to work something out to get my car back, got no response, so I called the police. 

I understand that there's a sort of grey area when it comes to stealing cars and everything, and don't necessarily expect this to be approved, and all I really ask is that you apologize for being trigger happy and killing me when I was completely unarmed. I'm not mad, just felt like you two were in the wrong here.

I do belive that changing your job while in a shootout is called powergaming, say if I were to give you time to run away, I would assume that you would have equipped some sort of firearm. But I really don't see us in the wrong, we stole your car and protected it. A chop shop revolves around being discreet and once the swat came down and shot at us, the negotiation point were over

I did not use the job change as a way to gain an advantage, I planned on doing a future RP as a criminal after we sorted out this situation. Had I equipped a gun after and attacked you, yes, it would have been powergaming, but I did not change it to attack you or gain some sort of advantage/ability that I would not have as a citizen.
