Introducing Life Alert, a medical bracelet that automatically notifies emergency services when you are injured and require medical attention.

You are able to purchase one of these devices from a doctor, at a starting price of $25,000, it's well worth the investment.

Once you have purchased one of these devices, you'll be able to equip/unequip it from the 'Pharmaceuticals' category in your inventory by pressing either the 'Use' or 'Remove' buttons.

When equipped, the Life Alert System will ensure paramedics are notified of your injury and your location, without any need for a phone call to emergency services. No longer will you have to rely on a bystander to call for help, as Life Alert will do all that for you!

Paramedics will receive a notification, similar to this:

And bystanders will also be made aware that the device has contacted paramedics:

Thank you to Lochey for testing and Innovative for the banner.

Amazing addition! Great job! Is there a way to toggle it on or off?

In all seriousness we have been needing this. Nice job guys!

Yes, simply by pressing either 'Use' or 'Remove' in your inventory.

As there is a toggle feature, I presume if you lose this by dying then you would have to purchase a new one?

There is no way you buy it for 25k and lose it on-death. The toggle feature is (I presume) for the times when you don't want to notify the emergency services for whatever reason.

Neutral

Not sure how I feel about this. With this price almost everyone would use this all the time. Either increase the price and/or make it single use.

Yeah, I see. Just wanted someone to confirm this as it has not been stated.

You will not lose it on death. However, it will be unequipped.
