You are able to purchase one of these devices from a doctor, at a starting price of $25,000, it's well worth the investment.

Once you have purchased one of these devices, you'll be able to equip/unequip it from the 'Pharmaceuticals' category in your inventory by pressing either the 'Use' or 'Remove' buttons.

When equipped, the Life Alert System will ensure paramedics are notified of your injury and your location, without any need for a phone call to emergency services. No longer will you have to rely on a bystander to call for help, as Life Alert will do all that for you!

Paramedics will receive a notification, similar to this:


And bystanders will also be made aware that the device has contacted paramedics:

You can think of this system to be similar to this:

However, instead of being activated by old people tripping over, it's activated as a result of being hit by a car, a shootout, etc.
