Government officials (Police, SWAT, SS) can now resupply at the police station/Nexus.
Medics and Firefighters can resupply at medic/firestation.

Just walk up to the locker/crate and type /resupply.

/disarm now also disarms ammo, it rounds down, so any ammo over what a box would hold is discarded.
Live on next crash as of this post.

Prevented a way to cause a mass timeout.
