It's illegal to drive with them lit, yes (but I do not do that unless filming)

In my state merely having a flashing blue light is a misdemeanor, a solid blue light cannot be anywhere on the vehicle

We mainly use it for filming, usually we'll use other cars (as a camry looks stupid as a police car) depending on how serious it is

The lights have different color modes and can be made to have emergency colors with some buttons presses

I drive a stock BMW E39 520 '97 at the moment.

Nothing fancy, but the comfort is unbelievable and it slurps fuel like hell.

And yes, it does have some "pink" in it in certain lights.  (Aspensilber)

Them fine-ass rims is for winter, is you were going to comment how worn out they were.  Angel

The King of Africa aka 504

I drive a Peugeot 205 GTI 1.9 , but my most recently vehicle was bought 2 weeks ago and its a Peugeot 504 renforcé from 1991 , the last model produced in Europe , they stopp being produced in 1979 but in portugal they bough license to produce the van till 1991 , the van also had continued being produced till 2006 in Africa , so the one i have was the last model produced in europe , the name "renforcé" means the chassi was reenforced and had more 2 springs then the normal model , means had 4 springs in  rear axle , the normal had only 2 , its a 2.3 diesel 4 cilinders with 96 hp no turbo , its slow yes but its reliable , and the reason i bought its i already got a peugeot 404 from 1969 and a peugeot 205 from 1991 , and since i love old vehicles this was my new aquisition , here some pictures of mine (u can buy new one in nigeria from 2008)

UK law allows for the police, military police, any fire brigade (private or not), any ambulance service (private or not) to use blue lights.
Red lights are only for use while stationary and on the back of the vehicle I think.
Green lights are only allowed to be used by doctors.
Orange/Amber/whatever fucking colour it is can be used by highway maintenance, bin lorries, airport vehicles, and any specially authorised vehicle etc.
Vehicles travelling on a motorway with a top speed of 25 MPH are required by law to have orange/amber/whatever the fucking colour it is lights.

Airports can use what ever color of lights they like, blue red, orange, pink. What every its private land along as they say on there land.
