I mean here goes:

10-0 = caution
10-2 = we can hear you on radio(words to that effect)
10-3 = clear channel, priority call
10-4 = OK
10-6 = Busy
10-7 = not available
10-8 = available
10-9 = repeat
10-15 = civil disturbance
10-22 = disregard
10-50 = vehicle collision
10-76 = emergency response required(I think)
10-79 = Notify coroner
10-96 = Me(mental subject)


Shortest answer, I'm getting there but probably not memorize them all soon
