You can set the tax by doing /tax <amount> (for example /tax 20 to set the tax to 20%). You could've just asked someone in-game or Discord for a quicker response.

As a President, you can barely create any chaos through laws or tax, however a good option would be to make all weapons and drugs illegal, and even ban high walls and blocked windows so that certain bases are raided more often and criminals get caught.

Aryen pretty much explained everything. As you can only set the taxes to 20% max, you cannot get raided for „too high taxes“.

What Aryen said about the laws is also precise. You can also ask staff (in-game via @) for permission to start a dictatorship. Dictatorships allow for certain stupid laws but also have restrictions, so please make sure to read the rules here: https://limelightgaming.net/derma/rules.php

Just as a tip: You should also check the forums out before just posting something like this in the „Newcomers“ section. Even though you are a newcomer, the newcomer section is for threads where new members of the community introduce themselves. If you have questions, you should post them in the „Help & Support“ section.

Having said this, it would be good if somebody moved this thread to „Help and Support“ to avoid issues.

Last but not least: If you have more questions, don’t hesitate to ask! You can either do that in-game (/help or just OOC), on the Discord or here on the forums (in the Help and Support area). The community is going to help you out.
Have I been helpful? If so, I wouldn't mind a reputation report Smile https://limelightgaming.net/forums/reput...p?uid=4600
