I think that Cops and SWAT are fine where they are. They do have access to a completely bulletproof vehicle that makes them immune to FearRP, they just never seem to use it correctly.

That completely bulletproof vehicle is locked behind 7 REPs and an active membership (SWAT job only). You basically have to pay real money to be realistically effective against criminals, plus have an excellent RP record. There needs to be another alternative in case there’s not someone on who has both 7 REP and an active membership who is ALSO interested in helping PD at that exact moment.

Considering nearly all of us are inactive, and those of us who are active haven't done any Aggressive RP, I don't think we're the reason for the servers low pop.

Getting rid of the hyper-militarisation of literally everyone would be a start. Make automatic weapons harder to acquire, make Kevlar more desirable but less accessible, buff pistols so that they’re not peashooters, remove some of the “teleport guns infront of you” aspects and make there be more of a process to get ahold of anything good.

Add more depth to trader jobs, which I know MESKA is gonna solve, but was FISHING really the best update to roll out first?

I could agree with making automatic firearms far harder to get. Like crafting them rather then straight buying them. I mean you know me, I never do aggressive rp unless it's something weird (like crazy homeless guy roleplay or such sorts) But I know I could easily grab very powerful firearms to do it if I wanted. It's a bit naff.
