Summary: RDM/FailRP as gun dealer. Was in an arrest situation, the player asked me as a police officer to deal with a "fight" between him and someone in a white Focus. Got out of the car and because there was no evidence directly of the fight at first glance, tried to perform a search of him. As I went to handcuff the player in question, he pulled out a gun and immediately began firing. No attempt at any sort of RP or instruction just killed my character and then drove off immediately after with his friend as the attached video shows. He fairly obviously didn't like the idea of him and his friend being searched IC.

Nope, literally just got out of the car and they were talking about a fist fight so I didn't pull mine out. I hadn't even had a chance to search.
