GTA Office & Apartment Maps

Description:
Add the GTA Office and the GTA Apartment Maps below as requirements to the server:
Office [GTA V Online] [V1]
GTA V Online Apartment [v1 Final]

Why?:
They fix the texture issues for some GTA props, where only some of the textures appear 
and there is a checkered overlay above it (e.g. some sofas, matrasses).

We do but the odd ones bug out, so if we have all of them it prevents that from happening
