No, it's been proven that poorer families and poorer areas do worse in the education system due to the schools having worse teachers, parents can't afford tutoring etc...

So yeah it's not their fault that they're in that position.

They signed the paper. Sounds like this is being taken way out of proportion. Dude doesn’t pay and then his stuff is taken away. Why don’t they take the help they are offered instead of blaming it on poor education when they’re educated on the loan before they’re able to sign?

Signed the paper? Most of this shit is online. They don't sign anything physical.

It's not help? They're taking their property because they couldn't afford to pay it. I assume you don't know the nasty shit that goes on inside pay-day loan businesses but it ain't nice. Those debt collectors ruin people, they don't help people at all.

I've literally seen can't pay we'll take it away in real life; they're pricks.
And if people don't believe me wait until the new season comes out.

"Those debt collectors ruin people, they don't help people at all." Believe it or not, HCE agents actually help people with their financial difficulties by assessing their situation and helping them pay what they owe in an affordable manner.

E-Sign or other forms of physical signatures if you need me to clarify.

Maybe they shouldn’t take out loans they cannot afford to pay back and should look into getting a better grip on their investments?

I've literally seen can't pay we'll take it away in real life; they're pricks.
And if people don't believe me wait until the new season comes out.

Most debt collectors are just people doing their job. They’re dicks because they have to deal with taking peoples’ possessions away while they cry, scream, or try to kill them.

You can’t blame them for just doing their job, especially when this all could’ve been avoided if the loaner didn’t get a loan *shrugs*

Either way. He wants to have that job, let him. No reason to raise a stink about it.

Architecture & Real Estate Development

Full-time student at a top-tier University, however, also working in the family business (Architecture, Consulting) and typically doing some contracted work that usually includes 3D Modelling and Construction Documentation (BIM)

Recently licensed as an agent in Real Estate to earn additional income primarily because these large development projects start off with land and property acquisitions that, with a license, can allow me to take in 2-6% of multi-million dollar transactions.

I think I sense a little bit of bias here..

For reference the majority of vehicles in World of Tanks, especially around the Tigers tier were at the very least prototypes, if not limited production. The Tiger of course had good qualities too it but the whole "Best Tank of WWII" is a large debate and heavily subject to personal opinion and definition of the "Best Tank".

In terms of World of Tanks, balance in the game can't be 100% accurate to real life because, well, it wouldn't be very fun. After all, it is a game and there are many sim-focused games around. My teams goal is to try and strike a balance between historical accuracy and fun, while trying to maintain authentic models, sounds and animations which we record in the field as well as providing 3D scans for the developers.

I've just used the Tiger as a reference. The whole game has no balance anymore, just look at the Obj. 430U or the Obj. 268 4.

The matchmaking system (3/5/7) is a disaster and WG knows this. In 80% of battles with a tier VIII tank, you're bottom tier and have to fight against 3 tier X and 5 tier IX tanks. Ofc WG just blames it on the preferential MM system of some tier VIII premium tanks like the T26E4 but if you look into the forums this theory got destroyed.

Today WG published a potential "fix" for the preferential MM premium tanks. They've "buffed" them, they say.
How are the IS6/kv5/112/wz111 supposed to deal with tier 10's with 182 pen standard ammo? This is not a change that is reasonable. How in gods name should a WZ-111 fight against a tier X vehicle like the Panzerkampfwagen Maus or all those Obj. MT's/HT's/TD's? People bought those tanks for real money, especially because they wanted the preferential mm bonus. All those "old" premium tanks are useless. Instead of trying to fix those problems they keep selling them (who buys those anyway when there are OP one's like the Obj. 252U "Defender"???).

Quote:For reference the majority of vehicles in World of Tanks, especially around the Tigers tier were at the very least prototypes, if not limited production.

-Most russian tier X tanks weren't even blueprints. Only 3 out of 13 Russian tier X tanks are "real" tanks (T-62A, IS-4, IS-7).

-Especially the Tiger II is one of the worst tier VIII tanks in the game. Every single tier VIII tank can penetrate it, even the upper hull. It never got buffed. Not a single time since 2011. Now it can fight against fictional tanks like the Chrysler K which does not even have a frontal weakspot.

After ~6 years of playing World of Tanks, I highly doubt that there is much balance left.
I am not trying to blame you with this Force (as most of the mentioned stuff is not made by your team), I am just trying to point the key-issues with balance out (imo).
