First thing first...Please add another 5 minutes too video where you see that, 1. I do stop. and 2. At this point you random tazed me and hit me with your baton 3 times. I will leave my statement as is.

If you think I broke the rules, post a report on me. This is about you. You did not stop when asked to 5 times while under less-lethal and taser point. You continued to crawl off the bridge.

Your evidence is not valid. You have removed the two most important parts of the video; the part where I stopped once I realized you had weapons pointed at me, and the part where you broke the rules. Also, I would like to point out before you post your next comment, in the Courthouse rules it says: 'Keep in mind: Fabricating or tampering with evidence with intent to mislead is under zero tolerance and will result in a permanent ban. Providing false statements in the courthouse may also result in a ban or a significant forum warning.'

How is my evidence not valid? It shows you blatantly disobeying 2 armed officers. Post a report on me with the footage you claim you have if you believe I broke the rules. I am not hiding anything, I just shortened the video to show the rule breakage.

How is moving away from us and the jumping off the bridge "being stopped"? We both had weapons on you and you continued to run off.

One thing I'd like to point out is, even if you followed FearRP later on, the incident shown in the video looks malicious, not caused by lag.

There may be a small gap between the videos due to when I saved the instant replays, but I have 10 minutes of raw footage.

What’s wrong with roughing up my detainee after he had just committed a crime that put my life in danger (high speed pursuit). It’s simple corruption. I wasn’t gonna beat him to death. His life wasn’t in danger from me.

I can see where me throwing him looks bad, however I wasn't gonna beat him to death (I even started to heal him).

Greg doesn't speak for me. I was obviously being corrupt. At the beginning of that incident, I saw a body on the side of the road and y'all driving off. When y'all came back I had asked if you ran him over. When you denied, I then tried to pin it on you. You then took off and let us on a chase.

Again, simple corruption. You almost killed You had just endangered my life by involving me on that chase. 
In the eyes of a corrupt officer, you deserved a little smacking.
You put your lives in danger (the driver got injured in the pursuit.)
You put the public's lives in danger (you almost ran a civilian over at 3:07, and this also would have caused deadly force to be authorized if the pursuit would have continued for longer.)
Most importantly, you put the life of MYSELF and my partner in danger (3:30 I could have hit the pole and died, 3:56 I almost lost control and went into a tree, twice in the video I had to jump like 10 feet into a ravine to chase after your sorry ass.)
Simple, Corruption.
