There's a difference between saying that someone isn’t ready or fit for the role, and going "all you do is minge around”. One's respectful, one's not. Criticism is fine, but there's a line.

Love how these corrupt admins and developers are jumping in on defending their precious establishment here. Come on, Limelight Staff are obviously corrupt, I mean seriouszlyy guyzzzz how is it fair dat Doc Interweb gets 2 spots on the Dev list

On a more serious note, every time I come on here, there's always a "Staff Bias, OMG!!!" thread. If it were true bias and corruption, go inform an HR SA and sit tight, or go make a staff report.

This is just getting stupid now, it seems that everything that doesn't go your way is now abuse.

Oh yeah, gotta love how you use Rocket's resignation thread as some sort of holy grail for "staff bias", if I ever need a laugh, I'll look for these threads.

Of course, there is still bias in the team, that's human, and all staff are human (except for Doctor Internet, he's just a faulty robot fuelled by tea and crumpets), friendships are made, and their friends may end up in staff sits, and they may lean in their friends favour, intentionally or not.

I don't come on the servers often and haven't seen them all in action, but if a staff member was biased and corrupted, they'd be booted from the team by now, it's just common sense. They do care, otherwise, Limelight wouldn't be as successful as it is.

OT: Staff aren't bias in any meaningful way. Stop looking for things that aren't there. It is at their discretion to determine whether or not you broke the rules, not yours. That's why they're staff and you're not. And so on and so forth. The only sort of "bias" (which I wouldn't really even call bias, rather more just really bad moderation that probably stems from some form of bias. Wait...) I've ever encountered was with my weapons blacklist which you can read about in @Memeimrich's post on page 3 should you so desire.

Point is, staff aren't just dicking around and mass RDMing or grossly abusing their powers.
