So, I have downloaded all the packs on the steam workshop and it still doesn't seem to be working:

Hi,
Try uninstalling Pack 11-2 and re-installing it to see if this fixes your issue.

Try deleting your GMA file for 11-2 Manually ?

Spoke via steam.
Deleting GMA then resubscribing fixed issue, To close.
