Description: The description does not say you need membership status but if you try to equip it without membership it says you need it

That is not what this is about, its about that the description is wrong or the requirement to wear it is wrong

Just tested in-game. This is confirmed correct that there is no "£5 Membership" tag on the item but its restricted.
