My friend just joined LL and he got some issues with CSS Materials.
All the CSS content and HL2 is installed but it doesn't work anyways.
Anyone got any clue what it could be?

Please make sure it is correctly mounted by checking it is ticked on the GamePad on the loading screen in the bottom right corner.

Is this just on LL or other servers/singleplayer also?

CSS is ticked on the gamepad.
It's on all the servers.

May be a mounting issue, but a easy way to fix it is from downloading the CSS Content itself from CSCheater. If you don't wish to do so, some very helpful person here will help you. I will keep an eye on this topic, and if my help is required, I will take action.
