I totally agree with you, most of these were made in singleplayer and fixed in a good editor, not on the Limelight server

Its gives people kind off an unfair advantage, the people who are good with gmod posing and photoshop could've easily won this contest instead of the ones who captured the best picture on the server, like Dan for example. A great picture taken straight outta the servers

No one had an advantage, you also have access to single player and editing tools therefore its not unfair as you had to option to use them. People put more thought and effort into their screenshot thus resulting in them winning.

One of my pictures won. All I used was a post processing lens flare add-on. I didn't touch Photoshop and used the phys gun for posing.

More Effort = Better Chances

This is the same for SP Screenshots and MP Screenshots.

Some of us are just better making a wallpaper in SP in a controlled situation.

Some of us are just better making a wallpaper out of random situations.

These players use ragdoll posing and Photoshop and it isn't unfair, it's skill. If you want to win, the more skills you have, the more chance you have to win. There ain't no participation trophy here.
