I wouldn't really see this as RDM. You were laughing and tossing around the bodies of his mob family members.

Yes, he said "get on the ground" and when I'm going to ground he just kills me.

Closing Notes: Although it may seem as if it's RDM, it's fairly obvious he had a reason to kill you. Throwing around and tossing a mob member's body isn't always the smart thing to do.
