My friend downloaded everything ,The .bsp map and extracted it , He downloaded all contents and all css and hl packs, But when he try to join the server his game just crash at  maps/v4b1.ain

I'm sorry to hear about your friends issue with the game. However ,before I ask - Can I ask if it is:

1. complete closure of the game
2. Game Freezing to not responding
3. Connection Timeout.

The game download be at v4b1.ain then it stuck for like 20 sec or near to it , after that game completely close gmod just crash.

Extract the bz2 file and put the .bsp file in your maps folder in your common folder in SteamApps.
Direction to install (Estimate):
C:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/GarrysMod/Garrysmod/Maps

He downloaded the map as i told him to do , Extracted it in a good way, Downloaded all contents aswell.

As this is a strange concept behind it I would like to ask a few more question upon the topic.

1. Is this only the case of LimeLight Servers?
2. Have you tried to join LimeLight's Build Server? (To check for if it's just RP Live Server).
3. How long has this been happening or is this the first time he is joining the community?

He joined the community before back in v33x , He didn't tried to join build server.

Its the first case for him.
