Why should this be implemented?

It is taking up space on the server, and the content packs for no reason. It has been in the servers content packs since the start. This would minimize the download time for the content packs, and allow more content to be added.

Also a big thank you for Jono for helping me test which models are still on the server.

The model it self is unrealistic, and I have never seen it used, nor has it gone through the application process, and there are no logos on it. This is why I assumed that it wasn't a clan model.

Well it needs to be removed from the server regardless as it doesn't follow the primary rule of allowing unique clan models, which is 

1.Models must be customised and contain a clan logo/emblem

We've used that model in the past for very rare and limited instances in roleplay, and as it was just kind of 'there' in the content.  There was never an application (as far as I know) for its use in-server in the first place, on top of an improperly coded T-pose.
